Fairy Ring - Violet Webcap mushroom - Cross Stitch Pattern
Please note this is a PATTERN!

Fairy rings, sometimes also called witches circles, and even elf rings, were believed to be lucky places by some cultures, but also a place where witches and faeries would go to dance among themselves! But, there were also cultures that believed they represented dangerous places, linked to dangerous magic or magical creatures.

There are close to 60 different species of mushrooms that are known to be able to develop into fairy rings, the one in this pattern is known as Cortinarius violaceus.

Now you can make a pattern of a fairy ring with purple mushrooms for the fairies to dance under the night sky.

No faeries included.
